Training College of Australia is an adult Education provider and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

Our main aim is to provide quality education, and deliver competency based training programs in the fields of Business Management and administration,  Early childhood education and care , First Aid  training and finance industries.

We offer pathways to employment through nationally recognised qualifications and short courses in areas of high industry demand. We also offer customised training options for individuals and businesses alike, as well as a full range of leisure and general
interest courses.

WHY TCA

Pathways to University

TCA provides pathways to Australian universities. When you complete your study of Diploma at TCA, you can transfer credits to university study for selected degrees. This is an excellent alternative pathway to higher education.

Better Assessment Methods

Traditional exam assessments can be stressful and failing could mean you have to repeat classes. At TCA, we use a range of methods to assess the knowledge and skills you have learnt during your studies. These assessment methods might include essays, tests, role plays, reports and presentations. TCA provides better ways to evaluate student’s work helping students get into university.

Industry Partnerships

TCA has collaborative partnership in the industries, both in Australia and abroad, that are relevant to the courses that we deliver.  Students will get the opportunities to train in their industry before graduation.

TCA has a collaborative educational Partnership and an ongoing student work placement agreement  with Arndell Park Early Childhood Learning Centre. This partnership guarantees all TCA students undertaking Early childhood Studies  to complete their work placement at Arndell Park Early Childhood Learning Centre.
